I truly love staging homes, and I mean it. There's something magical about walking into a space and seeing exactly how to arrange it so buyers can picture their own life there. It's part art, part reading people, and honestly, it's just plain fun.
Whether it's rearranging furniture, adding the right touches, or gently suggesting what to pack up and what to paint, I help sellers present their home at its absolute best. A well-staged home doesn't just photograph better. It sells faster, and often for more. I've watched it happen again and again.
My years in client services taught me to really listen, and my eye for design, honed through years of thrifting and decorating my own homes, helps me create spaces that feel warm and welcoming to everyone who walks in. I offer staging consultations as part of my full-service seller package, and I'm always happy to talk about what would work best for your home. I do this through L&R Style & Sold Co with my partner Robyn Rhein, and most projects are done in 1-3 days.
